Responsibilities:
- Maintaining data center of the company and ensuring that the systems run properly
- Ensuring security of the systems and monitor any unauthorized entry
- Ensure that employees are provided with the information without delay
- Assist in data recovery and disaster management in case there is a security breach or data is lost
- Prepare backup for systems so that data is not lost if there is a problem with the system
- Monitor security and working of company servers
- Document all the requests and follow company rules and procedures before providing information
- Regularly monitor security arrangements and upgrade security measures
- Perform daily check server and other IT equipment
Requirements:
- Min S1 graduated, background study Informatics Technology / Computer Science from any reputable university (GPA min. 2.75 scale of 4)
- Familiar with SQL 2000/ 2008, Batch jobs, Schedular jobs, DTS
- Familiar with Data center Equipment ( AC, power supply, servers,network devices)
- Familiar with Windows family ( servers 2003/2008/xp)
- Familiar with Backup process and Technology (netbackup, Backup exec, etc)
- Willing to work in shift
- Experience as IT operation minimum 4 -5 Years
- Ability to keep up with technology update and to improve their skill to match with changes in company IT infrastructure and demand from the business.
- Good communications and cooperation with end users and IT coordinator / IT manager
- Customer service orientation
